Herbert F. Rubenstein

Herb joined the firm, Of Counsel, in January, 2014. Engaged in the practice of law for over 44 years, and with clients in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, his practice includes municipal, business, real estate, zoning, land use, wills and estate administration.

Herb is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association, having served as a Director (1984-1986), the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors. Herb is a past President of the Montgomery County Legal Aid Service.

Herb and his wife, Enid, spend their leisure time traveling and with their four children and six grandchildren. Herb is also on the Board of Directors of the Old York Road Symphony Society where Enid plays the violin, and the Board of Directors of the Villas of Lamplighter Village Condominium.
