Stephen G. Maliszewski is a 1986 graduate of Bucknell University and obtained his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law in 1989. From 1990 to 1993, he was a litigation associate for Brown & Goldman in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. He formed his own law office in 1993 and in 2000 merged it with Cardis, Kraut & Harris to create Kraut, Harris, Maliszewski & Barlow.
Concentrating in commercial and real estate litigation, land development, criminal and complex personal injury matters, Stephen represents many individual and corporate clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. He is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Stephen has been active in numerous community organizations over the years, including the Rotary and CBMC, and is an active member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He has presented and co-chaired several Philadelphia area seminars on business and estate planning. Among his interests are vintage and antique tube audio, boating and fishing. He is a native and lifelong resident of the Delaware Valley, and currently resides in North Wales, Pennsylvania, with his wife and their son.
