Craig J. Fleischmann has been associated with the firm since 1993. He is a graduate of Drexel University (B.S. 1987) and The Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 1989). He maintains a civil trial and general practice, concentrating in commercial litigation, construction law, collections and also handles criminal and juvenile matters. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. On various occasions, Craig has lectured on construction law issues, juvenile matters, employment law, and preparation to be a witness.
Craig has been an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association since 1989, serving as a Director (2004–2006), Chair of the Electronic Filing Committee, Vice-Chair of the Construction and Public Contract Law Committee, and as Co-Chair of the Rules of Civil Court Committee. He is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and the Montgomery American Inn of Court. Craig has further served in leadership roles in the Rotary Club of Harleysville, PA, as its Secretary, Vice President and President (2002–2003).
Born in New York, Craig spent most of his youth growing up in Blue Bell, and is a 1982 graduate of Wissahickon High School. Craig, his wife and daughter now reside in Trappe.
